It has been a while since I have mentioned some of the gaffes that our beloved Vice President has committed. On his birthday a couple years ago I highlighted what I thought were his top five gaffes. This week He committed another one that I thought was just too good to pass up. He was visiting San Francisco for a fundraiser and started talking about sports and the upcoming NFC championship game between the San Francisco 49ers and the New York Giants. This article quotes Biden as saying:
"The Giants are going all the way!"
"The Giants are on their way to the Super Bowl."
Needless to say the crowd of people from San Francisco started booing him and he realized the mistake he had made. He got the San Francisco Giants baseball team confused with the 49ers. This is a classic Joe Biden moment. Here's to many more, especially in the upcoming election season.
